How Long Is The Order Processing and Delivery Time?
Orders will be processed once payment has been received. Please check your email for the Order Confirmation. Delivery will generally take 2-5 working days. For de Soul Gems made-to-order jewellery, we will dispatch the order within 5-10 working days from order confirmation unless otherwise stated since the jewellery are handcrafted and made-to-order and we make sure your gemstones are cleansed before they are dispatched to you. Should there be any delay, we would inform you in advance.

Singapore Shipment: • Standard Tracked Delivery: S$2.99 (Flat Fee). All our orders are dispatched via Ninjavan which will be delivered to your doorsteps • For order above $80: you will enjoy free domestic delivery • Self-Collection: You may also opt to collect the parcel at our office (See Contact Us for details) Note: Shipping may take longer during peak season such as when we are running our in-house promotions and holidays. We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays. If you did not receive your items after 7 working days, Please email us at mysecrethealer@gmail.com and we will provide you with assistance. Worldwide Shipment: • All worldwide shipment will be shipped via a Registered Standard Airmail • Registered Mail Fee is S$3.00 (Including Packing & Handling) • Shipping fee will be charged at S$15 (flat fee) • For order above S$150: you will enjoy free shipping • Delivery time estimate takes 2-3 weeks from date of dispatch depending on your Country Zone. What Is The Process For Exchange, Return And Refund?
There will be no exchange, return or refund for items delivered.
What Are The Process For Cancellation or Missing Products In Parcel?
For cancellation, once your order has been paid and processed, we are unable to cancel your orders. For missing products in your parcel, please report it within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. After which, Secret Healer will not be liable for any loss. Please email us at mysecrethealer@gmail.com and we will provide you with assistance.
Do You Provide Warranty?
Warranty applies only to the elastic cord of bracelets. Gemstones and hardware parts are not included. Warranty here refers to a one-time free servicing within 90 days from the delivery date for Elastic Cord Bracelets only. The one-time servicing includes: a. Restring b. Cleansing of your gemstones before re-dispatch back to you Return postage fee would be borne by the customer. We encourage our customers to post the items with tracking services as we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items. Should the restring be due to the wrong size ordered by the customer, the one-time free-servicing would apply.

Do You Provide Replacement Of Hardware Parts For The Bracelet If They Are Tarnished?
de Soul Gems hardware parts and embellishments are mainly gold plated/filled, sterling silver or stainless steel unless otherwise stated. Under proper care, they can last a long time. Do refer to our "How to care for our jewellery" for details. Should you require replacement of any hardware parts, this can be done. Please email or contact us for the replacement cost. Do note that some hardware parts might be out of stock/obsolete. We will replace new hardware designs in stock for your bracelet. The replacement servicing includes: a. Restring (Free) b. Cleansing of your gemstones before redispatch back to you Return postage fee would be borne by the customer. We encourage you to post back using postage with tracking services as we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items.

How Do I Know My Wrist Size Measurement?
• Take a measuring tape or string, and place it around the area of your wrist where you would wear your bracelet. (Note: Do not provide any allowance when taking measurements) • If you prefer your bracelet to fit snug, refer to your exact measured wrist size. • If you prefer your bracelet to fit comfort, add 0.5cm to your measured wrist size. • If you prefer your bracelet to fit loose, add 1cm to your measured wrist size. • We may request a picture of your wrist measurement to confirm the measurement. • Applicable for Elastic Bracelets ONLY. If there is a need to restring, do refer to the section "Do you provide warranty" for details and application. • For wrist size above 16cm under "For Her" category, do note that there would be an additional charge for the bracelet piece you purchase due to additional beads and/or hardware parts would be added. The design of the bracelet may vary slightly to the original design in view of the changes to the size of the bracelet.
What Type Of Necklace Are You Looking For?
First measure your necklace length with a measuring tape and simply wrap it around your neck. Adjust it to the length of necklace of your desire. For Her and For Him: Below is a guide of standardised length and names.
For Her:
* 14" (~35cm) Collar - This is a necklace that will wrap around your neck or throat. * 16" (~40cm) Choker - It will fall close to the base of your neck. * 18" (~45cm) Princess - This is a common length which usually falls against the collarbone and suitable for a wide range of day and night outfit. * 24" (~60cm) Matinee - This style usually falls in between your collarbone and top of your bust. * 30" (~76cm) Opera - If you like long lengthy necklaces, you can opt for this style which will fall slightly below your bust line. * 35" (~88cm) Rope - These are the long ones which you can wear as a single necklace or a double strand necklace with a different layering look. Above can all be changed based on how tall you are and the way your body is constructed and even your body posture. Please note that these necklace names stated are typically based on women's necklaces.
For Him:
* 18" (~45cm) - This would be considered a choker for most men. * 20" (~50cm) - This is the most common length of necklace for men that usually falls between 1st and 2nd button on men's shirt or at the collarbone. This length of necklace can be worn inside or outside a shirt. * 24" (~60cm) - This length of necklace usually falls in the middle of the sternum and is worn outside a shirt. This length of necklace is also suitable to fit with a tag or pendant. * 30" (~76cm) - This is the longest length of men's necklace, this length is usually designed to be worn outside the shirt without a pendant.
Are Our Gemstones Natural?
Our Crystals / Gemstones are 100% natural unless otherwise stated. Since they are natural, no pieces will bear the same composition and appearance. Some gemstones may have inclusions in them, vary in colours, fine lines, flatten areas etc. They are not flaws. There is always a possibility of scratches, chipping and colour-transfer with use. Colours of the actual product may differ slightly from the photographs due to lighting effects and variance in computer and mobile screen calibration.
How To Care For Our Jewellery?
Our jewellery pieces are handcrafted using natural gemstones and hardware parts. To preserve their beauty and keep them in a good condition for a long period, do treat them with great care and handle them delicately. * Wearing/removing: For Elastic Cord Bracelets, in order to keep it at tip-top condition, roll the beads bracelet over your wrist when wearing/removing them. This would ensure the elastic cord to continue having the tight and secured tension all around the bracelet for long-term wearing. Do not attempt to pull on one end of the bracelet when wearing/removing as it stresses the elastic cord and eventually, it will snap. * Take it off: Do remove the jewellery pieces during showering, sleeping and engaging in sports. * Avoid: Do avoid contact with all kinds of liquids especially perfume, moisturiser, soap etc. * Wipe it down: Wipe the bracelet periodically with a soft dry cloth and store it. * Storing: Some gemstones are NOT Okay in the Sun for a long period as they may fade in colour. Hence, do store your gemstones jewelleries in a dry area, away from sunlight unless you understand the gemstones properties.
How To Cleanse The Crystals / Gemstones?
We cleanse your gemstone jewellery bought from our online store with smudging Palo Santo before shipping out so that you can wear them upon receiving them. As you may already know, natural crystals/healing stones have a consciousness of their own as they are ALIVE. When using gemstones for healing purposes, the stones would absorb or redirect the negativity you are working to release. Hence, regular cleansing and recharging your stones are the only ways to restore your gemstones back to its natural state. Ways to cleanse and recharge your crystals / gemstones: * Smudge (Palo Santo, White Sage etc) - Hold the crystals/gemstones within the smoke to cleanse it for 1-2 minutes. Do open the windows before doing this so that the negative energy will flow out of the space. * Essential oil (Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Clary Sage, Frankincense and etc). - Apply just 1 or 2 drops onto your hand and directly pat them over the crystals/gemstones. If your crystal/gemstones are embedded with hardware parts, please do not use this method. * Water - Place your crystals/gemstones in clean purified/distilled/salt water. Do ensure you check the gemstones properties before soaking them in the water as not all gemstones could stay in the water for a long time. If your crystals/gemstones jewelleries are embedded with hardware parts, please do not use this method. * Sunlight or moonlight: Expose your crystals/gemstones under direct sunlight for 15-20 minutes. Sunlight is a powerful way to cleanse and charge energies for your crystals/gemstones. However, do note that sunlight may fade the colours of the crystals/gemstones so unless you know the properties of the gemstones, do not expose the crystals/gemstones under sunlight over time. Alternatively expose your gemstones under a full moonlight for a few hours or overnight. Healing stones such as Moonstones and Labradorite love this method. * Selenite Bowl / Cluster Stones / Clear Quartz Chips: Place your crystals/gemstones jewelleries on them to cleanse/charge/re-charge the energy. Best to do it once you are home wearing your crystals/gemstones for the whole day since it has picked up or absorbed the negative energies. Let the negative energies be flushed out from your crystals/gemstones so you can wear them the very next day in an effective way! Same logic as how we must shower everyday to keep ourselves clean and refreshed. * Singing Bowl
